Content Contribution, Moderation & Approval policy (CMAP)

Content Quality & Language Accuracy Assurance

All content published on https://www.sidbivcf.in/ shall undergo mandatory review for spelling, grammatical accuracy, and linguistic clarity prior to publication.

The Moderator (in a 2-tier CMAP) and the Moderator and Approver (in a 3-tier CMAP) shall be responsible for verifying that:

Content is free from spelling and grammatical errors
Language used is clear, formal, and consistent
Terminology aligns with official usage and approved references

Content shall not be published unless it meets the above quality criteria. Any identified language issues shall be corrected as part of the moderation and approval process.

The https://www.sidbivcf.in/ represents a single department where most content is contributed by a single set of sources. We hereby adopt a 2-tiered structure to implement CMAP requiring minimum 2 officials to execute the CMAP roles, viz.,
